This day is devoted to discover the Tarangire National Park. It offers numerous tracks allowing to approach the animals in very beautiful landscapes of savanna. Covered with a vegetation of acacia forest and giant baobabs, this park is punctuated by huge areas of swamps attracting myriads of animals. Known for seeing elephants up close, the park is also home to species that are difficult to locate in other northern parks, such as the Gerenuk, Oryx and Greater Kudu.

Today, you will visit the famous Serengeti National Park, and due to its dimension, you will need two full days to explore it. In addition to the great migration, Serengeti National Park is well known for being home to many resident animals, especially the “Big Five” (lion, leopard, elephant, black rhino and buffalo). The park is also home to many other species, including cheetah, Thomson’s gazelle, Grant’s gazelle, hyena, baboon, impala, wild dog and giraffe and about 500 species of birds. After a long day of exploring, you will spend the night at The Whisper Tented Camp.
